Blessed with rich experiences throughout my career in education, my focus continues to instill in children the joy of learning. In addition to professional development, my strengths are school improvement planning and implementation in schools with a low SES status and building teams of well-trained, purpose-driven educators who are committed to excellence. With a strong background in data analysis, I empower staff with concrete knowledge to develop formative instructional assessments aligned clearly on what each student needs. My passion for developing a school and community network with strong ties to educational support only helps to build capacity for student learning and student success. It is important to surround yourself with positive, knowledgeable and motivated people who share a common vision for children and the values of life.
