I returned to the Univeristy of Central Arkansas in Conway in Jaunary 2005 to pursue my masters degree in Library Media Technology. I completed that degree and graduated in December of 2007.
I started teaching second grade at Green Forest Elementary in August of 2001. I taught second grade there for four years before becoming the Library Media Specialist at Green Forest Elementary. I stayed on as the media specialist for another four years before moving with my husband and son to Dover, Arkansas. My husband pastored a church there for a year and then we returned home to Green Forest where I began teaching first grade. I taught first grade in Green Forest for three years. In August of 2013, I became the Library Media Specialist for the Berryville Intermediate.
I am married to Todd Brewer. We eloped in Las Vegas in November 2007. We have one son, Garrett Fancher Brewer, who will be starting kindergarten this year. We also have one daughter, Emma Kate Brewer, who will be starting pre-school.
Besides reading, I love to travel and make memories with my husband and children. One of our favorite places to visit no matter where we go is the zoo. The coolest animal to see at the zoo is the elephant, excpet when they sneeze in your hair. Ask me to share that story with you!
